The following terms govern the use of the Prazoom.com platform, owned by Capacitando Lideres SA de CV.

1. Scope and Acceptance

By accessing, registering for, or using any service on Prazoom.com (hereinafter, “THE PLATFORM”), you fully and unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). If you do not agree, we ask that you do not use the platform.

3. Legal Capacity

• The User declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

• Minors under 18 years of age must register under the supervision and responsibility of their legal guardian.

4. Service Description

Prazoom offers an online business training platform that includes:

• Online Courses: Composed of videos, reading materials, and assessments.

• Interaction: Discussion forums and specific tutorials.

• Resources: Downloadable material for offline study.

• Certification: Issuance of digital certificates upon successful completion of each course.

Note: Services may be modified or withdrawn. All updates will be published in this section.

5. Use of Cookies

The Platform uses cookies to personalize your experience. By Browse, you accept their use:

• Necessary Cookies: Always active, they are essential for the site to function.

6. Subscription Plans and Pricing

All prices are listed in MXN, and the charge will be made at the exchange rate to USD, as applicable. These charges are processed through the payment gateway described in our technical documentation.

• Esencial Plan: Includes access to selected programs, automatic digital certificates.

• Professional Plan: Includes access to selected programs, automatic digital certificates, specialized schools, priority support, exclusive workshops, and personalized monitoring.

• Business Plan: Includes everything in the Professional plan, plus: access to all thematic schools, downloadable resources, multi-user capacity (up to 5 members), monthly workshops, live events and Q&A sessions, and advanced reporting.

• Enterprise Plan (All of Business): Includes everything in the Business plan, plus: more than 25 simultaneous accesses, personalized learning paths, a dashboard with KPIs, LMS/API integration, and a dedicated educational consultant without exclusions.

7. License to Use and Intellectual Property

• Ownership: Capacitando Lideres SA de CV and/or its licensors are the owners of all intellectual property of the content on Prazoom.

• Prohibitions: It is strictly forbidden to:

  • Copy, reproduce, duplicate, or republish materials from Prazoom.

  • Sell, rent, or sublicense said materials.

  • Distribute content, in whole or in part.

8. Comments and User-Generated Content

• Posting: The platform allows users to post opinions and information in designated areas.

• User Responsibility: Comments reflect only the opinion of their author. Prazoom does not edit or filter them before publication.

• User Commitments When Posting:

  • You warrant that you have the necessary licenses and consents to post the content.

  • The content does not infringe on any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy).

  • The content is not defamatory, offensive, or does not promote illegal activities.

• License to Prazoom: By posting, you grant Prazoom a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and edit your comments in any format.

• Moderation: Prazoom reserves the right to remove any comments deemed inappropriate or in violation of these T&Cs.

9. Hyperlink Policy

• Permitted Links (without prior approval):

  • Government agencies.

  • Search engines.

  • News organizations.

  • Online directories.

  • Accredited system-wide businesses (excluding non-profits).

• Link Requests: For other cases, send your proposal to info@prazoom.com with your name, organization, source and destination URLs.

• Linking Conditions:

  • The link must not be misleading or imply false sponsorship.

  • It must fit within an informational context.

  • Our logo may not be used without a registered trademark agreement.

10. Registration, Access, and Account Security

• Registration: Requires full name and email address, with confirmation via a link.

• Access: Can be via username/password or OAuth (Google, Facebook).

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials; all activity under your account will be attributed to you.

11. Pricing, Payment, and Invoicing

• Currency: Payments are processed in USD and MXN.

• Service Activation: Access is activated immediately after payment confirmation.

• Invoicing: To request an invoice, send your fiscal information to info@prazoom.com.

12. Cancellations, Pauses, and Refunds

• Cancellation: Must be requested at least 15 days prior to the renewal date to avoid automatic charges.

• Pausing the Service: You can pause your subscription for up to 3 months by requesting it via email.

• Refunds: Will only be issued for double payments or contracting errors, and only if requested within the first 5 calendar days after the purchase.

13. User Obligations and Conduct

The user agrees to:

• Provide truthful and updated information.

• Not share, resell, or transfer their account.

• Comply with payment and renewal deadlines.

• Not post illegal, offensive, or rights-violating content.

14. Intellectual Property

All content and distinctive signs of Prazoom are the exclusive property of Prazoom Company. Any unauthorized use will be considered an infringement.

15. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement reasonable security measures, without guaranteeing a total absence of risks.

16. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

• Exclusion of Damages: Prazoom will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss.

• Third-Party Failures: We do not assume responsibility for failures of third-party services (payment gateways, social networks, etc.).

• General Disclaimer: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all express or implied warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of our site and services.

17. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Mexico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City.

18. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

Prazoom reserves the right to update these T&Cs at any time. The new versions will be published on the platform, and their acceptance will be a condition for continuing to use THE PLATFORM.
